Junabee, Warwick

Junabee Memorial Hall

There is a lot of rich history in this are of Queensland’s. The residents of Junabee and Jingarry came together in the autumn of 1944 to discuss how they could create a new hall that would serve as social centre for generations. As a result, on January 5th 1946 this town’s citizens had their wish granted. St Mary’s Hall was opened its doors with many events already planned inside!.

Well, it says a lot when I say I’d like to go back ASAP. I don’t think there are many places like this as a backdrop to your ceremony, And with not many people or traffic to worry about, you could do anything you want. All you need is a willing couple to realise your vision.
