There is a bit of background with these two. Amanda and Lachlan didn’t know it, but when they were just kids aged 3 or 4, Amanda and Lachlan’s sister went dancing class next to the Church where they were married. Lachlan used to go to classes to watch his, so they would have met at some point.
They only found this out when they were going through some old photos and came across some of Amanda and Lachlan sister’s pictures at the dance class. Incredible story and background, so getting married in the Church is lovely.
Now, I do not use commercial music for my films. But mambo #5 is Lachlan’s favourite song, who knew! So, I just teased him a little bit by adding just the start of the song at the beginning.
Phil and his videos were honestly one of the best parts of our wedding day. I was initially sceptical about a videographer but my now wife wanted one and so we then discovered Phil. We were pretty confident that based on his past videos he’d be great but we were blown away by him and his videos. In the lead up, we caught up a few times so he could see the venues and what we he was working with and so he was really prepared.
On the day, Phil was really calm and friendly and just went about getting his shots, natural and easy. Everyone who had contact with him on the day said he was lovely and that they barely noticed him (in a good way). We received all our videos soon after and loved everything about them. I’d definitely recommend Phil to anyone looking for a videographer and so would my wife.!
