New Farm Park
New Farm Park is one of Brisbane’s old and largest public areas and a trendy wedding location. There are many options to have your wedding here or at the Powerhouse. I’ve completed many videos/photoshoots here, as there are many options around the park. But on the weekend, I have seen up to 10 wedding parties using the area, so that it can get crowded at peak times.
It is a perfect location for video photo shoots as the Sun sets typically over the city so you can get creative with lighting. and compositions
Weddings at New Farm Park
The Rotunda is one of the most famous park choices for a wedding. Of course, it can only hold up to 40 people, so it can be tight for the videographer/photographer to get the needed shots. But this is a perfect choice if you only have a small wedding.
Parking at New Farm
So if you are deciding to go to the park for the video/photoshoot, then this is something that you need to discuss with the media team as it can be a problem; even for extensive limos, it is difficult, and the best place is entering via the main entrance with the road that circles the park is for cars only. So be prepared to walk if you have to park and distance away.

The Power House brick wall is an iconic location in Brisbane for videographers and photographers alike. I have been with the bridal party many times to get ” that shot,” but there are other locations in and around the wall for other great images.

Mikhailla & Teddy
Mikhailla and Teddy’s nuptials transpired in the year 2019. The original plan was to hold the ceremony outside the Powerhouse, but a sizable storm raged just as the ceremony was about to start. Thus, the couple exchanged vows on the lower stage, near the Powerhouse’s entrance.
